From the inside cover: This book is designed to be used by therapists with their clients. The book’s purpose is to normalize the client’s experiences and demystify the abuser’s strategies, so that abuse survivors can better understand, depersonalize, and more easily heal from what was done to them. Many therapists do not go through the whole book at once, but show a client the particular vignette(s) that may pertain at a given moment in treatment.

16 pages, full color.
