Visa/Mastercard/Discover and 4% for American Express).

Time of cancellation is as of the first business day at 9:00 AM following notification. So, for example:

Finishing Early

There is a minimum charge of two days.  After that, you will only be charged for time used, in half-day increments.  For example, if you leave some time in the morning of the third day, you will be charged for 2.5 days and refunded the remaining amount prepaid.

Good Faith Estimate

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who do not have insurance or are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical services.

  • If you request it, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any nonemergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
  • If the service is scheduled at least 3 business days before the date of service, you have a right to receive a Good Faith Estimate in writing no later than one 1 business day after the date of scheduling if you request it.
  • If the service is scheduled at least 10 business days before the date of service, you have a right to receive a Good Faith Estimate in writing no later than 3 business days after the date of scheduling if you request it.
  • If you request a Good Faith Estimate, you have a right to receive it no later than 3 business days after the date of the request.
  • If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate for those dates of service, you can dispute the bill.
