EMDR Therapy

Hourly EMDR Therapy

TICTI is now offering hourly EMDR therapy

While we believe that intensive trauma therapy is more efficient and effective, we recognize that an intensive is not accessible for everybody.

We now have insurance-covered EMDR therapy in person or by telehealth in North Carolina, New York*, and Massachusetts.

We offer the following options:

  • Hourly EMDR therapy (covered by insurance or private pay)
  • Mini intensives (typically covered by insurance for 1 hour per day).  3-hour therapy sessions on a monthly or bi-weekly basis.  Longer sessions are often experienced as gentler on your nervous system, allow you to build trust, and provide time to dive deep into your healing process.
  • Intensive trauma therapy (multiple days, not covered by insurance).  3-5 days of intensive trauma therapy give you time to process trauma and get to the root issues. You will make significant progress in your recovery journey.

EMDR therapy and our other evidence-based therapies (Progressive Counting and Flash) utilized in our structured model have been proven to be effective for many people suffering the impact of trauma in their lives. Trauma symptoms may manifest as anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship struggles, prolonged grief, addictions and behavioral issues, dissociation, and loss of meaning and purpose.

TICTI has been a leader in the field of trauma treatment, training, and research for over a decade. Our clinicians are experts in providing an effective treatment approach to address suffering, allowing meaning and a feeling of empowerment to return.

Testimonial

“It took me a little bit to understand that this is what healing feels like. To allow an emotion or even a thought to just be present in the moment yet not all consuming. To receive the understanding and clarity so quickly is something I didn’t know was truly possible…to recognize such inner strength is a very pivotal moment for me.” – Former TICTI Client
